Fantastic hotel with a great atmosphere. The room was quiet, comfortable, and very well maintained. A special thanks to the front desk staff for their warm welcome and excellent service. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I would happily stay here again.

Convenient location to ILG airport, but overall not a great experience at this Hampton. The suite was spacious but mattresses were uncomfortable with hard, creaky coils plus housekeeping really failed to deliver a basic service. Our bed did not have a fitted sheet over the dirty/hairy mattress protector or a top sheet. We had to make the bed with the sheets in the closet. Also when we showered we realized there was zero shampoo or conditioner in the refillable containers. Quite a bad surprise when your shower is already started. This hotel could do a lot better in the housekeeping department. Front desk staff was friendly. I’d pass next time, too many other chains in the area that get it right.

Sandy, Kelvin, Stella, Char & the other African American Female breakfast staff were each outstanding! Friendly, helpful, professional and very engaging. I really appreciated the attention, tone and welcoming nature that echoed across the hotel staff

Great stay vacation place. Clean rooms the staff responds quickly. The breakfast is good a wide variet y maybe switch the foods up some times for Breakfast. The foods stays full. One suggestion for Happy hour is more appetizers or switch it up sometimes as well. Keep up the good work.

The overall experience was very pleasant. Especially the staff being attentive and hospitable.
