Property is beautiful and perfectly situated in the North end of boston's italian neighibourhood. THe staff are friendly, helpful and very attentive. My husband and I asked for extra pillows, another blanket, and fresh towels which was done quickly. The use of amentites like the sauna was such a bonus. Thank you to the staff for all your hard work and hospitality. I will definitely be recommending this place to others.

Loved this hotel. Their attention to detail was exceptional. Took extra care of the room. Super friendly staff from the front door to the concierge, restaurant, health club, everywhere. Super great views especially from the harbor view room (highly recommended) and very helpful with accommodating some of my special requests. Absolutely a great experience!

The staff, everybody, from the cleaning service to the front desk to the staff in the restaurant was excellent. The hotel is very well located. As with older hotels, the restroom is somewhat small when compared to more modern hotels however, overall I recommend staying at the Fairmont Copley in Boston.

Super cute apartment! Stayed the weekend to visit out soon at college. Locations was close to everything beds were super comfortable, would stay here again.
