Middleburg Vacation Packages

Our getaway to Fernandina Beach and stay at Hoyt House was excellent. Our hosts David,Lindy and Katie were so helpful, as was all the staff. (Shout out to Sydney and Amanda.) Our hosts helped arrange tours for us and were helpful with recommendations on food, entertainment and tours. The morning breakfasts were top of the line. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. And the pool was a god send for relaxing. Happy hour at the bar was a great way to meet other guests, or just enjoy a glass of wine or drink. Definitely recommend Hoyt House and will return again.

The picture that is published is not the Villa that we stayed , not even near the picture, the villas are very outdated. it feels like if it’s a scam. The hotel staff was amazing. The Wi-Fi was really terrible. we won’t be returning to this hotel.

The room was very cold and there was no thermostat. We also had a small leak in the roof over the bed next to the bathroom.

Great Ritz property. Easily and immediately one of our new favorites. Great staff. Club level room was a bit small and underpowered, but everything else was really nice. Great beach, golf, island feel, Fernanidna town was super cool too. Highly recommend.
