TV volume never worked.

This was a very disappointing stay. The apartment was dirty, dusty, and hot. The temperature stayed around 77–78°F all night, yet the only bedding provided was thick comforters, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. When I simply asked for thin bed sheets, the host became argumentative instead of trying to help. They kept saying they were a private owner, as if that somehow excused poor customer service or making guests uncomfortable. It wasn’t until I contacted Expedia that the host responded by providing what I initially asked for. I didn’t want to spend my vacation dealing with unnecessary conflict, so we checked out after the first night instead of staying for the remaining five nights of our six-night reservation. I would not stay here again.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

I had a wonderful stay. Staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Love this place!

I was disappointed with our experience at Esmé Miami Beach. My mom had flown in from Norway to visit, and I was traveling with my 7-year-old son. After a long day of travel, we expected to be able to check into our room at the advertised 4:00 p.m. check-in time, but our room wasn’t ready. We had to leave our luggage and continue with our plans without access to our room. When I later spoke with the front desk, I was told, “I don’t know what to tell you—the room should have been ready.” There was no record of when the room actually became available, and the response made me feel as though my concern wasn’t taken seriously. What disappointed me most was the lack of communication and the fact that nothing was offered to make up for the inconvenience, not even a sincere apology. Delays can happen, but how they’re handled matters. The one bright spot was Luiz, who was friendly, professional, and very helpful with storing our luggage. He provided the best customer service we experienced during our stay. Unfortunately, this was not the level of hospitality I expected for the start of our family vacation.

Regretfully we only had 1 night at this hotel. My wife and I loved the old style look but with a modern feel. We hope to go back again someday.
