Our experience can only be translated in one multilingual word WOW This have been my 3 rd visit to Venezia myself and i have not experienced this type of service , quality and wow factor . The establishment , its history and location was only the beginning of our Wow factor. I can honestly say the entire staff brought it to a level that i never saw before and can only dream to receive in the future again . Location wise, this hotel is a 12 min walk from the bus stop & around a 20 min walk to central Venice - making it easy to get around. The hotel was decorated in a Venetian style but not overdone like some hotels. The room was very clean (which is super important to me). We had a great experience. The only thing I would say to the hotel for constructive criticism is we thought the hotel booking allowed us to have access to the spa but it didn’t and it was €30pp for 2 hours which feels a tad expensive.

This is a great hotel at the wrong side of the canal. Going from one side to the other is only a nuisance but it makes a difference. Having said that, we still like the hotel given the cost value relationship

The palazzo dei fiori was very roomy, clean, and the communication was very good. Good mattresses allowed us to sleep well. Close to tons of restaurants, shopping, and excursions. The room was stocked with refreshments, fresh fruit, snacks, and coffee. We could hear musicians practicing classical music and opera singers singing in the distance. At first I was not certain, but the following evening, we found out that the palazzo de Musica opera was next door where we were delighted by the operatic story of la traviata and a glass of champagne. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

This is one of the best hotel that I stayed in Europe. The service was amazing and the food was extraordinary, particularly the one in the Glam Restaurant…,simply outstanding.

Room was very clean, large bathroom. Staff was very nice and held our bags until the room was ready for check in
