Ofrecen piscina y Jacuzzi climatizados y en las 2 pcasiones que nos hospedamos este año, Abril y Agosto, nunca funcionaron de esa manera, era uno de los atractivos del.Hotel y ya no es verdad el plus que tenian en ese sentido, ademas en linea te dicen que no hay habitaciones y en la recepcion resulta que si tienen cuaryos disponibles

Great time

Aside from the A/C in the room not working at full-capacity—the stay was fantastic. The room was great, the service was fantastic, safe, secure. Easy to get around Mexicali and location is very central. Roman was a great bellhop, he lived in New Jersey for a while and his english was perfect.

I would choose a different hotel next time

Tener solo un ascensor en nuestro edificio fue muy difícil. Muchas veces tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo para que llegara el ascensor. Estábamos en el sexto piso. Reservé a través de Hotels.com y solicité una habitación junto a la piscina en el primer piso. No quedó claro en ningún sitio web que era necesaria una actualización de la habitación para obtener una habitación del primer piso hasta que llegamos.

The hotel is good, our room was nice and clean. The staff was ok not very friendly the women that did my check in. We had to wear a bracelet to have access to the swimming pool but swimming pool was full of people and none of them had bracelets. There’s no control at the swimming no one followed the rules

I had an excellent stay at Araiza Hotel in Mexicali. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that made for a great night’s rest. The amenities were top-notch — the pool and gym were well-kept, and the restaurant had delicious food with a wide variety of options, both local and international. I especially appreciated the breakfast buffet, which was fresh and well-prepared every morning.
