Front desk staff very helpful and polite. Bed was a little hard for me but room comfortable and clean. Internet access very easy to use and pool was fun for kids and clean. Great breakfast.

The stay was great! The property itself was very nice and felt updated. Annette was the nicest human on the entire planet and a great way to start your morning! If you don't like hugs you will after meeting her. All the staff was very nice but she took the cake! Only negative is you can hear your neighbors. I'm sure it's because of the hardwood floors. But overall amazing experience

I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which made for a relaxing environment. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay — always greeting with a smile and ready to assist with anything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, hassle-free experience.

Staff was AMAZING during check-in. They had great positive welcoming vibes! I even got a warm welcoming hug from Annette. This is now my go to hotel when traveling to and from Chicago. Hotel was new and clean. Accommodations were top tier updated Lg TVs and great LED lights. Loved the lobby offerings as well. 100% happy with this hotel!

The hotel was very clean and the employees were the most friendly I've encountered in a long time! The only complaint is that the walls are pretty thin as we heard crying kids and a lot of thumping around from our neighbors one night. The breakfast selection was decent. We would definitely stay again!
