If you want a change of towels meantime, you pay 60yuan (?) for a new set. - no TV in room But reception staff are generally helpful.

We stayed at this character filled hotel for 2 nights and it was wonderful. Julia on the front desk helped us with checking in a little earlier and stowing our cases beforehand. Rose was also helpful on the front desk and Robin went above and beyond in the hospitality area. The breakfast was lovely, bathroom great and having a terrace to retire to at the end of the day was lovely too! Thoroughly recommend.

The hotel was beautiful and well maintained. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The location was perfect for our activities
