We stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Billings, Montana for two nights on July 26 and 27. The hotel is nicely situated near a variety of restaurants and casinos, yet still a comfortable distance away from the highways, offering a quiet stay. The staff were amazing—very friendly and attentive throughout our visit, which really enhanced our experience. The only downsides were the breakfast and pool hours. The hot breakfast options were quite limited and didn’t quite suit our tastes. Additionally, the pool closing time at 9 PM felt a bit early, especially compared to other hotels that stay open until 10 PM, which would better accommodate guests’ schedules. Overall, I’d rate our stay 4 out of 5 stars. It’s a great hotel for the price and we’d consider staying here again.

Spacious room but overall, several things in need of repair and/or attention. Amenities empty and felt like the minimum, at best, done with maintenance.

Hotel is amazing, not our first time staying there, front desk staff is more than accommodating and the location is great for downtown access. Unfortunately we had a room with views of the street, and the noise level on the lower floors made it diff to get a quality night of sleep.

The rooms were outdated and we woke up to a lot of ants on the floor next to the window. The pool was great and staff were friendly.
