Amazing hotel and staff. Pedro picked us up from the Interlaken OST and also dropped us off. That was the first impression of knowing how the experience will go. It is very nicely located property. Right outside is the harder Klum train station. Property doesn’t have Air Conditioning, but that’s the case at 85% properties in Switzerland. Overall great staff and an amazing service. Will come back to stay again at this property for sure.

This is just an amazing hotel in the perfect location--right at the entrance to the old city and directly adjacent to the train station. Our room was clean and well appointed, and I can't say enough about the staff, especially the desk clerk who helped us figure out the Aare swimming logistics, She even provided us with a hotel branded dry bag for floating down the river. My only comment is that the AC was not that strong, but the staff did provide us with a supplemental AC unit which cooled the room down considerably. HIGHLY recommend !

Room was very comfortable and clean with nice amenities but no fridge to store my meds in. I was fortunate that I had frozen water bottles so it was able to stay cold during my stay.

Close to train. Very hot rooms with tiny fan to keep you cool.. very loud nose if facing train station.. could not sleep due to hot stuffy rooms. Breakfast is free but is just toast yogurt and coffee

Nice place except only digital access which didn't work for my girlfriend

We went there for a family trip and was met with a rude receptionist. That already put us in a bad mood. We had to wait 4 hours for a room and we only stayed for a day. We checked in at 4 and left at 10. We didn’t even stay the whole 24 hours. The rooms were dusty and had only shampoo that made you hair feel like grass. They also had no tea or coffee. I do not recommend this hotel as it is very expensive for 4 people and not worth $700 a night.
