The Grand Ambassador Santorini Hotel had the best views on the island! The staff even upgraded our room at no cost due to some maintenance issues with our original room. My Wife and I received world class customer service from the staff! We will definitely be visiting Santorini, Greece again in the future! Thank You Grand Ambassador Santorini Hotel for the AMAZING hospitality!

This was a pinch-me, I must be dreaming hotel. We had the suite with little pool that overlooked the caldera which gave us the most beautiful experience with the Santorini sunset! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when we requested extra towels, or ice when I sprained my ankle. This may have been one of the best and unique hotel experiences I have ever had. 10/10 would recommend!

Great hotel with excellent views. The location is very chill, there is not much to do in the town. You would have to go to Fira or Oia if you want more things to do and see. Other than that, it is a very nice romantic getaway

A perfect stay. We had 2 rooms at this hotel both were clean and well presented. The pool area and staff were very good. A special mention to Nick and who took us on an island tour and for our airport transfer. He gave us a fantastic island tour and was very friendly. We would without hesitation return to this hotel.

Amazing staff, front desk was super helpful, fantastic location, the location was so good sometimes we had to fight through the picture taking tourists from the cruise ships!

Pure perfection. The view from our balcony was unmatched-can’t imagine a better sunset view on all of the island. Breakfast on our balcony felt straight out of a postcard. Staff was also very knowledgeable and accommodating. Overall 100/10!
