This authentic hotel build in the mountain was just what we wanted from Santorini. What made it exceptional was the staff. Faye the manager was a ray of joy. She fixed everything with a smile and went beyond great service! The staff, was also just wonderful, Omar made me feel like a queen ! Thank you for a beautiful time!

The Grand Ambassador Santorini Hotel had the best views on the island! The staff even upgraded our room at no cost due to some maintenance issues with our original room. My Wife and I received world class customer service from the staff! We will definitely be visiting Santorini, Greece again in the future! Amazing staff, front desk was super helpful, fantastic location, the location was so good sometimes we had to fight through the picture taking tourists from the cruise ships!

Everything was perfect.

Stayed here with my wife and 12yr old son for 4 days and 3 nights. The hotel location is perfect right next to the city center and easily walk all of Fira. Really enjoyed ths 2 pools and Khan kept my drinks flowing all trip he was great taking care of us. Check in was easy and smooth thanks to the ladies at the front, Aneta & Vasiliki were awesome and we're able to set up a few transfers we needed and helped with car rental and tough lunch reservation....ABSOLUTE ROCKSTARS. you can tell they enjoy their job and lovr to help. Hellen also was able to offer some great suggestions for our trip to Naxos. Room was very clean. Breakfast was very good. The bed was comfy, the AC worked very well and there was good water pressure in the shower too. I would highly recommend staying here. Very family friendly.

This was a pinch-me, I must be dreaming hotel. We had the suite with little pool that overlooked the caldera which gave us the most beautiful experience with the Santorini sunset! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when we requested extra towels, or ice when I sprained my ankle. This may have been one of the best and unique hotel experiences I have ever had. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing place.10/10. Perfect location. Very friendly staff. The cutest little property we have ever started at. You will feel at home. Just a few minutes walk to main town so super convenient. The 2 bedroom villa with rooftop pool was just unbelievable. And perfect sunset views. We will definitely be back!
