Amazing staff, front desk was super helpful, fantastic location, the location was so good sometimes we had to fight through the picture taking tourists from the cruise ships!

From the moment we arrived at Secret View Hotel, we were made to feel so welcome. We were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks, and one of the staff members took the time to sit with us and explain everything about the island, giving us recommendations that made our trip even more special. When they realised I had booked two rooms and that one of us was only staying for one night, they incredibly upgraded me, completely complimentary, to their best room. It had a stunning terrace with a private hot tub overlooking the beautiful pool and breathtaking sea views. We were also welcomed with a thoughtful handwritten note, a bottle of Prosecco, and a fresh fruit platter waiting in the room – such a lovely touch. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to choose from. The entire hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly aesthetically pleasing. I very rarely leave reviews unless somewhere genuinely exceeds my expectations, but the team at Secret View Hotel absolutely deserves one. Every member of staff was kind, warm, and genuinely cared about making our stay unforgettable. Their attention to detail and exceptional hospitality made all the difference. Thank you to everyone at Secret View Hotel for such a wonderful experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will be recommending it to anyone visiting Santorini.

This was a pinch-me, I must be dreaming hotel. We had the suite with little pool that overlooked the caldera which gave us the most beautiful experience with the Santorini sunset! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when we requested extra towels, or ice when I sprained my ankle. This may have been one of the best and unique hotel experiences I have ever had. 10/10 would recommend!

Quarto amplo e super confortável, com uma piscininha aquecida. Piscinas muito bonitas. Café da manhã variado, tudo bem elaborado, maravilhoso. Staff atencioso, regra muito geral, com ênfase para as moças que atendem no café da manhã e para a concierge Spiridula (espero ter escrito corretamente o nome). Localização ótima. Pré-reserva e checkout perfeitos.
