Amazing staff, front desk was super helpful, fantastic location, the location was so good sometimes we had to fight through the picture taking tourists from the cruise ships!

This was a pinch-me, I must be dreaming hotel. We had the suite with little pool that overlooked the caldera which gave us the most beautiful experience with the Santorini sunset! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when we requested extra towels, or ice when I sprained my ankle. This may have been one of the best and unique hotel experiences I have ever had. 10/10 would recommend!

The Grand Ambassador Santorini Hotel had the best views on the island! The staff even upgraded our room at no cost due to some maintenance issues with our original room. My Wife and I received world class customer service from the staff! We will definitely be visiting Santorini, Greece again in the future! Amazing place.10/10. Perfect location. Very friendly staff. The cutest little property we have ever started at. You will feel at home. Just a few minutes walk to main town so super convenient. The 2 bedroom villa with rooftop pool was just unbelievable. And perfect sunset views. We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect.

Pure perfection. The view from our balcony was unmatched-can’t imagine a better sunset view on all of the island. Breakfast on our balcony felt straight out of a postcard. Staff was also very knowledgeable and accommodating. Overall 100/10!
