The decor is dated, the furniture belongs to 19th century used and battered the bed was awful, bathroom unfit for purpose. This hotel does not deserve 5* it’s 2 at the best. The only saviour is its location, other hotels available at better price.

"I recently stayed at Al safwa royal archid and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. The room was not as clean as I had hoped, bed was not same as I booked. I booked city view they didn't provide it, and also the service was below par. Customer service was rude which is so unprofessional I hope the management can address these issues to improve the experience for future guests."
