Great area of the city

The bathroom ceiling paint was cracked and peeling. The refrigerator worked very well and clean. Only one elevator was in service during my stay. I feel the Expedia reservation needs to do a better effort in clarifying which Hawthorn Extended Stay hotel is being reserved. There is an older property in Saint Clairsville, Ohio and a newer property in Triadelphia, WV. Saint Clairsville Ohio is 18 miles from the newer West Virginia hotel. Please be clear on future reservations. This location error seems to happen often

Michelle at the bar Saturday night was the best! Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were hard to use as there were so many hockey kids there, with little supervison making it really hard to enjoy the hot tub (one of the reasons I Booked this hotel) The kids were screaming and swearing, blocking the hallways - making slightly uncomfortable to walk down the hallway. Other then that the hotel was amazing!

Area was good. Close to shopping and restaurants. Parking was easy. I was disappointed the room did not have a fridge or microwave. They moved us to a room that had a fridge but no microwave. Icemachie on our floor was out of order so had to go to another floor to get ice.
