The front desk staff were friendly and polite. The lobby, halls, elevators, and rooms were very clean and updated. Breakfast was good, pancakes, fresh fruit, cereal, just over all a great variety of food and plenty of places to sit in the lobby and eat.

Courtyard by Marriott Rock Hill
They would not let us stay there because they said the ESA is not a service animal. I have paperwork that says different. It will be a cold day in Hell before I ever book with a Courtyard by Marriot. We had by service with them. I booked this room a month or more ago.

Room was very clean and it was nice having a small kitchenette. Shower needs some caulk work done. We only stayed one night as stopover on long drive to Florida. We checked in very late and there was no where to park. This hotel shares a parking lot with another hotel and the lot was full.
