Just stayed at Hotel Indigo Gatlinburg Downtown and it was excellent from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Gatlinburg, steps from shops and restaurants, yet quiet enough for a restful night. The room was spacious, bright, and spotless, with a modern design and incredibly comfortable beds that made for deep, refreshing sleep. The bathroom was sleek, with a great shower and quality amenities. Service was a highlight: the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out. The front desk team (Sarah was especially kind) went above and beyond. The rooftop bar and restaurant offered fantastic views and a wonderful dinner experience, and the pool area felt first-class and relaxing. Overall, this is a top-tier hotel that balances style and comfort perfectly. I highly recommend Hotel Indigo Gatlinburg Downtown for anyone visiting the Smokies.

The breakfast wasn’t bad but it was the same stuff everyday.

This is our 3rd time staying at this location. The staff was friendly and brought extra things to our room quickly that we ran out of during our week stay. We love the location! Close to alot of attractions but also away enough so you can relax.
