For perspective, this room was walking distance from the main strip in Galatin TN at the height of tourism season and I paid 162.90 for the room. With that being said, that does not excuse the filthy floors in the room, the constant odor of weed throughout the entire property, nor the poor attitudes of the front desk help. The property was unattended after 9 pm, so any issues that arose after that would be unresolved in the morning. There was a man that had checked in just before us whose key card did not work the first time he tried to get into his room, so we can only hope he didn't want to go anywhere after 9 pm. The signal to the TV in the room was very poor, so it kept cutting out and coming back on. The only redeeming quality of our room was the view from the balcony of the creek.

The place was very nice but at check in we had to wait a hour past check in time because they didn't have a room ready. 4 is check in time so you shouldn't have to wait for your room after that!

We would definitely recommend this property. We will be back

The rooms were great. The rooms were really clean and well located.

Room was fairly spacious, with decent size bed and bathroom. Neighbouring rooms were quite noisy late, plus front desk was extremely busy and slow when checking in. Extremely good location however to amenities like the island and other attractions nearby like Dollywood which was just 8 mins away. All in all, a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Clean cabin, great stay

The place we got, the walls were peeling. There was water stains on the ceilings. There was mold on the ceiling and linen along with the counter tops in the bedrooms. The floor was dirty, someone else’s hair got on my foot in the bedrooms the mattress in the pull out couch had yellow all over it. The master bedroom bed had stains on it too. My son and I had allergic reactions in there. Expedia handled the situation quickly and moved us to a new place.
