My kitten is missing and starff weren't

Good location. Breakfast was always running undercooked eggs and our toilet quit working a couple of times and we had to take the cover off and fix.

Perfect place for a quick stop on our trip

Good for the price. Some mystery stains on the couch. Pet friendly. Great staff.

DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS UNSAFE AND UNSANITARY. I walked into a “smoke free” building which reeked of SMOKE and was not attended by any staff wearing a recognizable uniform. The room also SMELLED of smoke and the bed was covered in stains. We only booked this building for the hot tub but when we went to the pool room it smelled so bad we gagged and had to leave. After that we tried to check out where there were again no employees to be found. After waiting a person entered— SMOKING— and asked if anyone was there? She then said she’d find someone to help us. Another person who frankly looked like they were on METH entered and gave us back our deposit but denied a full refund. Meanwhile the woman who’d walked in confirmed people smoked there all the time and she would “never use the pool”. They also implied someone OD’ed in the room we were given. We were then told we had to request a refund through Expedia but after sending that request through we were told the HOTEL DENIED the refund so we would not be refunded for the room we could NOT stay in. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I had to drive 3 hours home because I had nowhere else to stay. This place needs to be condemned
