A little dated but has a nice glass-enclosed dining area. Breakfast buffet has great variety. I would say it's more of a 3-star than a 4-star hotel but the location is excellent. A 4-star hotel should provide body lotion in the bathroom. The bar of soap was tiny.

I really don’t think this is a four star hotel. They advertise air conditioning but that’s a lie - they refuse to enable it. If it had been any hotter the room would have been unbearable. Big deal breaker. On the positive side - breakfast spread was pretty good - staff were helpful and aided us in setting up a tuk tuk tour - location is great, right next to the Sassi

The rooms seem to be newly renovated, but the renovation was poorly designed. Examples: the room was badly lit, with and option to light the bottom of the bed but no light over the desk. Bathroom had a bidet as far from the toilet as possible (even though there was space just next to it). No hooks to hang the towels. "Modern" shower floods the whole bathroom.

The hotel location is excellent. Few steps away from the main square. Our room was sparkling clean and we loved the breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful, too!
