The staff were overall very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were very clean and huge with a balcony view of the ocean and swerving swimming pools with lushcious scenery. The property was impressive and wiyld definitely stay there again. It was accessible to other activities and clise proximity to the airport. My family loved it there and the beach was walking distance too. The best of both worlds with great tasting meals. I had one negative encounter with a restaurant manager but made a complaint and it was addressed immediately.

From the moment we arrived, we felt like our own private paradise. Perched high in the mountains, the views are simply breathtaking. Watching the sunset in the ocean was the most peaceful experience. We stayed at The Grand Pavillion and the Infinity Suite at Villa Being, and each was exceptional. Although different in style, both offered luxury, comfort and complete privacy. Davern was an incredible host and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Waking up to his delicious breakfast in bed was amazing. The villas were quiet, beautifully maintained and we felt safe and loved having the property to ourselves. Swimming in the illuminated infinity pools at night under the stars was unforgettable. This is the perfect destination for a couple looking for romance or just someone looking for somewhere to disconnect from the world and just reset themselves by being in a tranquil place. We had such a beautiful stay and already dreaming of going back.

Could not swim in the sea because of the sargassam seaweed which also brought a smell to the vicinity. Main pool opened at 8am so could not get 8n an early morning swim. Breakfast was limited to mostly local cuisine such as salt fish. Egg station was good and offered options. Cereal was limited to oats. Fruits was limited to a selection of 2 fruits. Upper walkway to room was closed due to erosion.

The resort is outdated and in need for major upgrades and maintenance. The walkways to the rooms were poorly lit with portions being without lights and many parts were flooded due to leaks in the roof leading the tiles to be extremely slippery and hazardous. The room was outdated and not cleaned properly as the sheets and towels had hair on them. When the room was cleaned on the first night it appears that the housekeeper left the door open leading to many rain flies being dead on the bed and in the room, we did not discover this until we returned late at night and there is no phone in the room to contact the receptionist. The beds were also very uncomfortable and small for 2 persons. Breakfast tasted good and the staff were pleasant and accommodating. We did not enjoy eating with cats running around us, this was also extremely upsetting as there appeared to be many cats on the compound including outside our room on one occasion. When we arrived on Saturday we noticed the pool closed we enquired when it would reopen and were informed that it would reopen soon. Up to when we checked out on Monday the pool had not reopened. We needed to add another night to our stay however opted to check out and go to another hotel, I could not wait to leave. The only positive experience of our stay was interacting with the staff who were extremely professional, accommodating and welcoming. The resort is beautiful and can be a vibrant hotel on the island once given the necessary TLC.

A Biohazard Disguised as Luxury: Rodent droppings are only the beginning... Utility Failures: We had zero running water for multiple consecutive nights with no forewarning. When temporarily restored, a dark brown liquid flowed from the taps. A bathroom sink remained completely clogged and backed up with stagnant water our entire stay despite notifying management. Severe Bed Linen Neglect: Due to the water supply issues, our bed linens were never changed during our two-week stay. Worse, the sheets had highly visible stains prior to use, suggesting they were never cleaned before arrival. Biohazards & Pests: We found fresh rodent droppings on kitchen counters and food areas. New cockroaches appeared daily; dead ones were left un-swept. We completely abandoned eating any food at our villa. Outside, a dead animal carcass was left to rot right by our car, emitting a foul odor. Broken Appliances: For one bedroom, the AC was broken was days. The washing machine broke three times; management's solution was to eventually hand us a key to Villa 3 and expect us to haul our wet laundry down the hill ourselves. Do not let the photos of the view fool you. Behind the scenery is a broken, unhygienic, and structurally neglected property run by management that simply does not care. To make it clear what future guests will be getting for their money: you are paying premium luxury rates to be an unpaid maintenance tester for a crumbling villa. Look elsewhere and AVOID BOOKING AT ANY COST

The staff was great. The premises needs a severe renovation. Mold in the bathroom, hard to get ice if the kitchen isn't open (even when it is), I could see the mattress through the very thin bed sheets, lots of rust everywhere, difficult to get the TV to work, phone cord was broken (when was the last tome someone was in that room). I felt mislead based on the pictures on Expedia.
