Good location but not well maintained at all.

I'm giving this 3 stars because of a mix of good and bad. The good: The apartment was nice, spacious and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and a good size. We couldn't hear the neighbors next to us or above us (although that could be because they weren't home). The parking garage was secure and we didn't have trouble finding a spot close to our room. The place was only a few minutes drive from downtown/Beale St. The bad: The dryer was broken and clearly had been for quite some time. Which was a shame because we were planning on doing laundry. Shouldn't be allowed to advertise washer/dryer when it's not functional. The toilet leaked when flushed. Luckily there was a second toilet in the unit. It's unknown if this one was ever fixed, as no one fixed it in the 2 days we were there. The one bedroom has a bright light right outside the window that stays on all night. The blinds do not adequately block out the light. If you like sleeping with a night light, you're in luck. The other bedroom has windows that block out zero noise. You will hear every car that drives by on the street, that is only a few feet away. If you like sleeping with white noise, you're in luck. The appliances are outdated. Not a big deal, but they are out of the 1990s. Overall, if you're looking for a place to stay near downtown with 2 beds and you're a deep sleeper, this place is nice. If you're planning on using the laundry and kitchen a lot, I'd look elsewhere.

Breakfadt was great.bit was the best thing anout the stay.

The apartment was clean and enough space to accommodate everyone. It was difficult to get in touch with the property especially on the weekends. We requested additional covers which we never received. There were only two rolls of toliet tissue in each bathroom and I was there for 4 nights/5 days. The beds could be more comfortable but overall it was a great stay.

Great location, tight parking unless you park in the back. I was unaware of a $200 hold that was due at check in, I’m not sure if it’s stated or not. I would definitely rent here again! I loved the apartment, perfect size, clean, up to date appliances, comfortable bed! Will definitely be back soon!

We screwed up and failed to book Sunday night, but hadn't noticed and left our stuff in the room. The Hotel had an opportunityto be amazing. However, they assumed we were trying to get over on them and treated us as such. The front desk lady called us at 3pm, and told us we were being charged for the night but we could get a better price through Expedia. We were at a museum 15 minutes away, and we told her we had planned on staying anyway. But it felt confrontational, and it sat poorly with us. We talked to the other desk person, and were told to contact the manager the next day. We made that phone call on Monday, and received a half-hearted apology and an explanation that this is a common occurrence in Memphis. While this isn't a horrible situation, it still could've been a great example of customer service. It's a shame it wasn't.

Over priced for a non restful stay when the walls are so thin that you hear the people next door (both until after 1 am and then early @ 7:30 am on a Sat).
