Really nice hotel. Charming and comfortable. The staff was great. My only complaint is the AC was not working well and the portable unit was very noisy when it cycled on and off. That said, I would definitely stay again.

Apartment was great and clean. The check-in process was smooth. The communication was clear. I wish the listing was made clear that parking should be taken care ahead of time. Since I knew it at the last minute, I had to pay last minute and had to follow up a couple of times with the support team to know how to access the parking tag, where to park etc. There was still good support from them but the churn I felt could be avoided.
