Kind warm people. A very good location of the Riad close to the medina. Clean and wonderful rooms with the best pillow and blanket. Completely quiet with no noise from the city. Riad Charme d’Orient - it was an absolute pleasure to stay here! The most wonderful owners and staff who made our first visit to Marrakesh a pure delight. The Riad is beautiful with chic decoration! Our recent stay at Charme d’Orient was fabulous. The riad is beautifully appointed & maintained . The room was large for a riad and had all the amenities you’d need - including a/c-heater for those cooler months. Staff went above and beyond to help, booking taxi’s and providing information about places to see and eat. The location is also great, within the walls of the medina, just a 10-15 minute walk from the main square and very close to the Saadian tombs. Laurence is the most hospitable of hosts 👌

Amazing 4 night stay at Riad Charme Orient. Laurence and everyone were so welcoming and helpful. Our taxi collection was there to meet us even though our flight was a little late and then Said met us at the end of the road to walk through to the riad. A warm welcome and lots of helpful information, things to be aware of, places we could go to visit. Our room was amazing, small but beautiful with a lovely seating area outside. Breakfasts were delicious and lots of it. We didn't use the hammam but it smelt amazing whenever we passed. Can't recommend this place highly enough. The whole team treated us like family.
