Great hotel and staff especially Sara at front desk and Veronika who took care of our room every day to be clean.

The bed was amazing, the shower was amazing but the fact they charge for breakfast and the drinks in the fridge is beyond ridiculous as these things should be included in the accomodation. Not only that but upon check in nobody made it aware to me that there was a tourist tax that wasn't included in the accomidation price. Once checked out and waiting for my bus. They sent a man out to get me to bring me back just to pay for a tourist tax that I truly didn't mind paying. But the fact it was never mentioned shows how horrible the service is at this establishment

The property was fine - but my citeria of selection relies greatly on the fact that you had PARKING available ( ok even to pay something extra) we had to park the car at the nearest available blue/stripe public parking area which was 800 meters away - it did create an inconvenience - ultimately, i got the impression that there might not be a proper communication with the hotel manangement as you should immediately warn the customer about the 'first come -first serve' situation due to limited parking spaces during the actual booking process !!
