Good location to the train & bus stations & downtown. Nice room & bathroom. Only issue I had was the toilet kept running but when I told the staff they got right on it.

This place was amazing! We snagged this room last minute to attend a World Cup game. It’s an easy 15 min walk to the stadium and was a great rate. The hotel is styled in a fun vintage modern style and everything felt so nice and clean, the beds were comfy and the shower was great! Loved that we had the option to order room service, made it very convenient. Felt like we were in an upscale hotel and would def book again.

Overall, more of a great stay compared to an average stay. The location is ideal between different towns, and the parking is safe, well-lit, and secure. The rooms are nice, modern, and clean with nice toiletries. The staff is nice and attentive. The included breakfast is more than enough and better than most intercontinental breakfasts at other hotels. Our 3-day stay after the World Cup events was tiring so this place was nice to finish the day at. The only thing if anything, is that I tend to prefer high water pressure and the shower hose pressure was low. Second, I'm not sure if it's the area, or air-conditioning, but it is very humid/musty in the rooms despite the AC on. Again, I don't mind, but I was a tad sticky for the nighttime even with AC at 70 F. It doesn't change the fact that I would still check back here if in the area again. Thanks to all the staff!

Our stay was disappointing. Before arrival, we received a virtual key, but only I had access to it. That meant my husband couldn't enter the room unless he had my phone, and there was no staff available - only a dimly lit room with a dead plant. Parking was confusing. We paid using the QR code in the parking lot, only to be told later by the only employee we saw during our two-day stay that we should have used a different QR code inside the building, costing us an unnecessary $25. The room itself was enormous with extra-high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows on two walls, suggesting it was once an impressive office building. Unfortunately, it wasn't very comfortable as a hotel room. The shades had to stay closed because of the heat but didn't block outside light well, making it difficult to sleep. An illuminated exit sign inside our room added even more light. The TV was hung on the same wall as the head of the bed. The metal-framed "art" above the bed made sitting up difficult. And because there was just one chair (and our request for a second was denied) watching TV was impossible. The shared "kitchen" on the fourth floor had a microwave and fridge. There was only decaf coffee available. We did enjoy the outdoor deck in the evening, but it was too hot to use during the day. This modern, minimalist concept simply wasn't a good fit for us, and we would not stay here again.
