Property was clean and modern. Staff was efficient and helpful. Water park was busy but clean.

We really wanted to like this hotel because the exterior and lobby make a great first impression, but our stay went downhill as soon as we checked in. We were initially assigned a room that hadn't been cleaned at all, with an unmade bed and dirty sheets thrown in the corner. When we returned to the desk, the clerk gave us a second room without offering a single apology, nor did he provide basic info about checkout times or breakfast. Our second room had its own issues: the sink stopper was broken, and the bed squeaked loudly with every turn. On our second day, our keycard failed, locking us out of our room and the side entrance. When fixing it, the employee—who was coughing openly without covering his mouth—offered zero apology and simply asked how long we were staying. The amenities were equally disappointing; the fitness room was completely broken, and the pool area smelled so heavily of chemicals that the water looked uninviting. At checkout, no staff member asked how our stay was. Reading older reviews, guests have reported these exact same maintenance and service issues for months, despite management's canned promises to fix them. We would not recommend this hotel or stay here again.

If you like a hard bed, then this is a good place for you.
