Fun theming for Ferrari fans found throughout the rooms, lobby and restaurant. Breakfast is excellent, beds comfortable, very good on-site restaurant. The bathroom was dated but otherwise the room was great by European standards, very good by American.

Some work being done in the courtyard, some murals looking a bit faded, but otherwise great for the Ferrari officianado. Taxis and Uber weren’t the easiest to get from this area. Plan ahead.

Horrible wifi service. Room was “Deluxe” but just 1 lamp worked in the whole room, no other light. Didn’t spend much time in the room so I never mentioned it but they should check that before handing over a room to guests

The amenities and the apartment were great. I would tell them to improve in having appropriate pots and vessels since they have a kitchen. We found basic pots and vessels were missing for cooking.

When we arrived, we were 2 hours early, however hoped to leave our luggage up front and explore the town. The lady at reception was the rudest person we met during our entire 2 weeks in Italy. She was rude with her tone of voice, facial expressions and in telling us that we were too early. We took our luggage with us until check in. After this, the reception was kind, but the way we were initially treated was off putting. There is an amazing restaurant next to the hotel that was delicious! Room was clean.

Place seems less taken care of than in the pictures … comfortable for families in terms of 2 rooms setup… shower could be cleaned better to take away the stains of molds … looks a bit worn out … good location vis-a-vis the Ferrari museums … Paddok restaurant nearby is a true gem in terms of service and of food quality …
