The hotel room was clean and comfortable. In room coffee was provided but only one decaffeinated and one caffeinated was provided for 2 of us so got a couple more from the front desk but should have had enough so I didn’t have to go get more. There was one chair in the room to sit on but with 2 people there should be 2 as there was plenty of room for them. We ate dinner and had breakfast at Guy Fieros. Very good food and service. We stayed Friday night so we could attend the stir cove Concert and not have to fight traffic to get out. It was nice to be able to leave the venue through the hotel to get back to our room.

Beautiful nice hotel

We travel to council bluff a few times a a year. We feel lucky to have discovered the Bridge Pointe Inn. We know what to expect when we come in. Helpful staff (thank you Stephanie) clean and comfortable rooms, and convenient location right off the highway.

We couldn't get checked in until after 4pm. Check in is 3pm. We were told they were sold out the night before and short staffed in cleaning dept. Jasmine was nice enough to let us use the pool until our room was ready. That's the only thing that eased over the situation. The air conditioner in our room made a weird annoying noise but we weren't going to complain due to how long it took us to get our room. It was a sad situation knowing we asked for a specific room that was offered and evidently that must of been the only room in the whole hotel. We really enjoy their pool and breakfast.. the main reasons for choosing this hotel again.

Did not like that you had to pay for parking on top of your hotel room fee. Staff was excellent but parking options not so great.
