Not maintained … in fact Falling apart, rude unfriendly front desk. I arrived at 2:52 pm and greeting was “check-in is 3:00”. Room falling apart and very smelly. Mattress had big divet from multiple backsides. No security latch on door. Website pictures deceiving. Staying here was the worst decision I made. Absolutely terrible. I intend to follow up further.

Ants all over the tables and beds asked for help got no help $205 wasted I asked for my money back they said they could not do it

Nice older hotel under renovation. We stayed in one of the renovated areas. Super friendly lady checked us in. Room was clean and higher quality materials used for the renovation. Beds were good. Breakfast was limited and we skipped it due to an issue with the waffle makers and not much selection. Would definitely stay again. One suggestion is with the shower renovations there are no soap shelves in the shower. So, no place for us to put our preferred shampoo and body wash.

The Staybridge in Liverpool has very large rooms, AC worked great and was very clean. We were there for a concert across the lake and the staff was very helpful with our questions. The breakfast was great (eggs, meat, waffle maker, yogurt, juices, coffee, bagels and more)
