The caretakers were nice and friendly, the lobby is good, aircon, beds and internet were good. We had two rooms and in one the shower didn't drain well or have airflow, but overall its a good low budget option near the airport.

This is a great middle of the road stay near to Terminal 3. Beds, aircon and internet were good, kitchen facilities are very basic.

I really like the location as its near Terminal 3. Allowed us to check in early and check out late with extra pay but its convenient esp the wet and dry supermarket. So many shops around and theres even wheelchair that we borrowed for my 86 yrs old mom. The staff and Tesh & Tesha,Gerald are very helpful to accommodate us. The only thing I wish is that there is internet in the unit which I resolved by going near MCdonalds to get some reception from my globe cell,otherwise our stay is very pleasant.

I had a very comfortable stay in the property. No problem encountered. The owners are very accomodated. They even offered me to pick up at the airport (with minimal charge) since it was too hard to book a Grab Car at time of my arrival. The room was quite big. I recommend this property for your next stay near the airport.

The property is just a soso, the breaker tripped by itself, the instruction is not so clear. I am not picky as long as the place is clean, but it was irritating to have a long wait for someone to escort me to my room because this is a condotel and each unit is privately owned and individually managed. So, my experience might be different from others.

Fair stay for a very fair price. The location is great! Lots to do! The apartment was clean. The only issue we had was the check in as it was a little confusing. We went to a lobby and it was not that one. We then went to their second lobby only to end up staying across the street. I do want to share that they were very flexible with late check out, the only minor issue with this was the price per hour was different than the one showed on Expedia.

Lady that help me check in was very nice and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Close to supermarket and Newport mall. Only downside was that TV didn't work. Overall nice stay.

Clean, convenient, no frills accommodations with plenty of nearby dining options. Easy access to terminal 3. Staff were great! We are already making arrangements to stay here again on our return. The price makes it a great option for anyone with a long layover at Ninoy Aquino International AirPort.

This is a great place to stay overnight while waiting for a connecting flight, as it's walking distance from the airport. After reading other reviews online we were a bit worried that there would be cockroaches in the flat, but luckily we did not see any - and the flat was in good condition. Only thing to note is that there was no hot water in the shower, and finding the right place to 'check in' is a bit tricky as the building has many different reception areas - but if you go to the wrong place like we did, they will direct you to the right one.
