The staff especially the security guard were so helpful overall a pleasant stay l recommend
Do not stay here unless you have to. The cable did not work and the 1st person showed up said it was fixed and it was not. The a second person showed up and changed out the cable box and remote. I was still disappointed because the cable options were terrible and and you had to memorize the channels you did watch otherwise you spend too much time getting to them. Next, I had low expectations before I booked this hotel but they failed miserably with the comfort room could have been cleaner and there was a lack of hot water.
Checkin took a long long time and for what? No reason it should take so long.
They said I could pay for food with my credit card, then when I go to pay for it there's a 300php minimum. They should have told me that up front.
We left a plant there and went back to get it and one of the employees took it home.
They're cheap on water. They give you two, but if you ask for one more you have to pay.
COME ON MAHAL KITA. DON'T BE SO DAMN CHEAP. DON'T YOU REALIZE YOU ARE IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY AND YOU NEED TO MAKE PEOPLE HAPPY.
Stop nickel and diming people. I won't stay there again.
