Lobby and unit só clean, Concern: Check in was a bit of a pain, tried to reach out the number provided on the email it was unreachable, so we waited for a bit in the lobby, to contact hotéis.com. When the owner replied to reach out the person who will assist us on check in, same thing phone number cannot be reached, we were disappointed because we were tired, four of us tried to reached out the number provided and that someone is coming to assist us for check in procedure because we needed an authority to enter as per the security guard. After an hour we were finally checked in. The person that helped us on check in apologized and mentioned that sometimes the celular doesn’t have a signal inside the tower. On the house rules stated that we should throw out garbage daily, please mention where to throw out the garbage. As a tourist we do not know where to throw it out and we do not have time to look around for garbage bin or chute. It would be help full of there is a direction where to throw it out. Overall the place is walkable to MOA.

It is a convoluted sign in procedure and you cannot have a guest without having theit ID email to property along with your own. You have to pay to use the pool. Other than that it is a great lace with s food court out front.

Poor a/c in the hallway of the building but good inside the unit. Beside from that, the place is excelent and close to everything!

The only thing I have bad experience is they don’t have coordinating example the lady guard in the pool they are not the same page with the ticketing system or rules..

It’s near the shopping mall, unit is clean.The only problem is the water heater,it’s need to adjust the water temperature because it’s too hot …highly recommended

Everything was perfect except the shower water temperature, it was either cold or very hot. need to adjust the temperature other than that i highly recommend it

Location was the best.

The area was close to MOA and have necessity stores around the premises. It was easy to check in and made contact with the property manager. Had some personal request and it was granted right away, very accomodating.

I really enjoyed staying at shores. The owner of the room was very quick at responding and taking care of us. The staff at the shores was absolutely fantastic. Friendly and professional. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Good location to Mall of Asia and stores on property to get what you need in short walking distance and ATM in stores on property, place has refrigerator, washing machine, and stove a real plus if your not into spending a bunch of money on hotel and buying hotel food
