Cama desconfortável, toalhas velhas puídas, desconfiguraçao da chave pelo menos uma vez ao dia, porta não fecha direito, banheiro sem suporte para cosmeticos. Já me hospedei no ibis pelo mundo e essa foi a pior estadia.
