I wasn’t expecting the four seasons by any means and i knew i wouldn’t be in the room a ton for my stay but the conditions were far worse than pictured or i imagined. My room had a terrible smell. So much so i decided to keep my bag in my trunk to avoid the chance my clothes would smell like the room for my events. I questioned if showering would make a difference in the morning after being in the room for so long, Al beit the bathroom was the cleanest part of the room. Until it wasn’t and a roach came scurrying across the floor before me.
I still tried to muster through though, since it was late already. The bed sheets had stains on them and didn’t give me the warm and fuzzy feeling so i not only slept on TOP of the comforter i bought a hoodie as to cover my hair while i slept, kept my socks on and slept in my jeans so no part of me was actually touching the bed.
The next day i had my son come to the room
To see if i was over reacting, didn’t tell him my thoughts and wanted to see his initial reaction. He’s a college kid, they sleep anywhere. Immediately upon entering the room he scrunched his face and asked what the smell was. I knew then it wasn’t just me.
I went to the front desk and told them i would be leaving early as the accommodations were lack luster and i would not be returning. They didn’t offer to refund my stay and i was out the money for the second night and the cost of a new hotel. Needless to say i do NOT recommend this establishment.
