The room was large and comfortable. The hotel was going under renovations but it wasn't posted. The door hole was covered with a napkin.

The biggest issue with this place is its way too expensive for what you get. It’s showing its age a lot and is a pain to get into despite it send us many texts saying they would help and look forward to seeing us. Road works outside made parking confusing. The train line went past our window and the horn was fun multiple times during the night, the rooms felt very old and a little dirty and tacky. Balcony had rusted chairs and worn out seat covers. Would not complain if I was paying 200 for a 2 star hotel but at 350 plus Aud it’s seriously overpriced. Looks like there are much nicer options in Waco

The air conditioning was not engaged. We had to open windows to get the home cooled down. Besides that, we loved the location and conditions of the home. Thank you
