Clean room with a gorgeous view of downtown Omaha

The rooms are under construction so I can’t give a full review. We were on the 3rd floor and our furniture and door to the bathroom were scratched up pretty badly. The beds were clean as well as the carpet, no odors. The breakfast was good, different options were enjoyable. It was a good stay.

This was a fun stop on our road trip from west to east. Hotel was fine, had a very good casual dinner at the pub in the hotel. Would be nice if they gave you a voucher for some gambling as part of the room cost. Overall a very good stay, hotel was quiet at night.

Lots of trash no room service

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of the city. Parking was easily accessible right on the property. The bar was nice and food was average. Our only issue there was finding the person that works the front desk. We were there for almost 10 minutes looking for her to check in.

I genuinely cannot understand how this hotel could possibly have a good review. Our experience was absolutely unacceptable from start to finish. Our first room was infested with ants on the bed, window, curtains, and bathroom. After returning from my grandma’s funeral, we discovered the A/C had made our clothes, luggage, and bedding damp and wet. We were asked if we wanted to switch rooms. The second room was somehow barely better. Despite being labeled “non-smoking,” it reeked of cigarette smoke, had ants in the bathroom, and the security lock on the door was ripped off. That is not a minor inconvenience it is a serious safety concern. The room phone didn’t work either, even though the front desk specifically told us to call them after moving. We also found a WIG behind the TV in the 1st room, and filthy carpet, apparent water damage, stains and bubbling walls, and cracked sheetrock literally falling from the ceiling in the 2nd room. At that point, it was obvious this property has serious cleanliness and maintenance problems. The breakfast was equally disappointing. The cinnamon roll waffle was the only thing worth mentioning. For $238 for TWO nights, this was beyond unacceptable. We paid for a hotel room, not an obstacle course of ants, cigarette smoke, broken safety equipment, dirty carpets, and neglected maintenance. This hotel failed miserably on cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and basic hospitality. We will NEVER return and absolutely cannot recommend it. 1 star hotel
