El personal de la mañana fue más agradable atento y servicial que el de la tarde, El desayuno todos los días fue variado y delicioso. Esta muy bien ubicado en un área segura para caminar.

Hotel was like a jig saw puzzle with lots of stairways and areas. Still had construction going on. Rooms were very nice but no privacy unless you close your curtains. Room safes did not work in either of our rooms. You cannot flush toilet paper due to old pipes. Area did not feel very safe but we did not need to leave the hotel without a guide since the dining in the hotel was great. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Fantastic. Its rare that I get surprised by hotel but Old Town customer service, status and design of the rooms really knocked my socks off. The staff was so kind and attentive, I’ve never seen anything like it at this style of hotel. Hats off to the whole team.

The location as well as the concierge services are unmatched.
