Got there, staff was amazing, room was super clean and comfortable. Went to extend my stay by one day because I screwed it up so I tried to ask the front desk to help. You would have thought I asked them to work a double shift. The person at the desk ignored any small talk I tried to make at the moment because I felt so bad after their response, and then 2 mins into a worsening attitude I asked her to just cancel and I found a different hotel. I'll try it out again next time I come out here and hopefully will not encounter her.

The breakfast was very good. They always had eggs, potatoes and sausage plus some days they had pancakes.

Best sleep I had in a long time and shower was hot and comes out strong

After staying in a “unique” or “historic” hotel in Toronto and it not being so nice, I was really hesitant and worried about my stay in Rochester at the lofts. The outside looked worrisome and the houses surrounding the school are not in great shape. But once inside, the room was absolutely incredible. So spacious and a full apartment perfect for a long term stay. Clean, organized, perfect for a stay. Would have been willing to stay longer just not on the itinerary
