Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face. Endless day. The hotel should really invest on training the staff to avoid such episodes from ever happening again.

O Hotel de uma forma geral é muito bom. Foi grata surpresa a primeira vez. Nos fez adotar o lugar como nosso predileto em Macaé. Tudo funciona bem. Bom quarto espaçoso e confortável. Móveis bem espaçosos, tv com canais diversos, cama boa, ar gelando e silencioso, amenitites de qualidade, sais de banho idem. Vista espetacular do oceano, estacionamento incluso na diária, área de lazer com sala de jogos aconchegante, tvs, xadrez, dama, ludo, sinuca. Cobertura com vista extraordinária e piscinas muito boas e limpas, bar, churrasqueira e espreguiçadeiras. O café da manhã é de excelência, com variedades de alimentos e sucos naturais e reposição perfeita dos mesmos — um luxo! Mais não para por aí, pois o maior patrimônio do hotel está no time de colaboradores, todos muito eficientes e acolhedores. Com diferencial para o funcionário Lucas, da recepção do hotel. Este rapaz é de uma atenção com os hóspedes que poucas vezes vi em minhas hospedagens dentro e fora do país. Nos serviu com uma educação difenciada. Havia prazer em nos entregar o melhor do hotel. Solicitude ímpar que nos fez só confirmar que não precisamos mais procurar o de nós hospedamos quando em Macaé estivermos. Minha gratidão ao Lucas e todo time de colaboradores do Royal Macaé, por tamanho cuidado comigo e minha família. Boa. So o cafe da manha que é um pouco cueio em época de feriadão... A cidade muito tranquila, silenciosa, fresca. A limpeza no quarto demorava para chegar quando solicitado. Banheiro ótimo. O quarto contém uma varandinha muito boa.

Infelizmente, minha experiência não foi positiva. Ao me hospedar, identifiquei alguns problemas no quarto: o ar-condicionado estava pingando, a internet apresentava instabilidade, o sinal da televisão não funcionava e o telefone estava com mau funcionamento. Cheguei a relatar essas situações, mas infelizmente não obtive um bom atendimento. Diante disso, não voltaria a me hospedar no local.

A estadia foi ruim, pois as informações que contavam para o quarto escolhido, não tinha em sua totalidade, Exemplo: Diz que tem roupas de cama disponíveis, porém só tinham umas mantas. Ótimo lugar, quarto confortável, qualidade na alimentação e a limpeza impecável. No quarto que eu fiquei só não foi bom o banheiro chuveiro e banheira só água fria e um incomodo o chuveiro está dentro da banheira com acessibilidade ruim. Sendo outro quarto o hotel é excelente.
