Parking in front of unit was an issue first come first served didn’t work the greatest.

I have never written a review like this and I take some responsibility for not having read recent reviews but this place was terrible. It is in the process of being built and not suitable for guests. Nice idea but location next to a very noisy highway and not on the water as described. The dome itself was large and bright but not very clean (other peoples rubbish under the bed and pillow cases left in the room). The plastic of the domes gave off fumes which aggravated my asthma. The pillows were terrible and the beds and bedding cheap and not good (foam that made you sweat immediately). No privacy at the door which is glass. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper. The toilet block is not complete and only two open. Both filthy and moldy (one had no vent and a dripping shower). There was a coffee machine but no cups. The hot tub was not complete and the swimming pool was an out of ground thing not much bigger than a paddling pool (but given the standard of hygiene elsewhere we did not go near it). The deck faced the toilet block and there were no chairs. We left after a night and requested a refund of our second night which the manager agreed to. He provided some helpful local advice. It just seemed this had not been properly thought through the description of the place as luxurious is completely misleading and the care taken over preparation of the place was non existent.

The staff were fantastic and lovely. Room was comfortable. It was very dated, but the AC worked perfectly and we enjoyed our stay.

Because of a medical emergency, I had to book a hotel late at night. We arrived around midnight. The front desk agent got us fresh cold water. The suite was huge and clean. The pillows were the most comfortable I have had in a hotel. The mattress was perfect. Linens were crisp yet soft. So much surface space throughout the suite: long bathroom counter, a shelf behind the counter, a huge desk, a roomy countertop above the refrigerator. There was wine for sale, and it wasn't a bad price. I could read the labels of shampoo, etc., in the shower without my glasses. A handheld showerhead would be much more convenient. The closet had REAL hangers, not those awful post ones. REAL glasses and cups instead of plastic. The only hitch was that because we had arrived so late from the emergency room, we asked for and were given a checkout at 1:00 instead of noon. Instead of checking the record, the front desk started calling at noon while I was on the phone dealing with insurance. Despite that, we would definitely stay again.

Hotel is quite dated, parking was good, 20 mins to the ferry terminal. Breakfast was included, eggs, sausage, waffles, toast and coffee. They mentioned the breakfast area is getting an upgrade soon, which will be nice, the current area can be a bit cramped in the morning.
