Multiple spiders found behind the drawers, in corners, etc. Decently clean overall but the number of spiders was unacceptable

Our King size bed was so comfortable, decor and guest room was beautiful. Cafe was just right with fresh fruit and ham and cheese croissant. Dinner on the rooftop was delicious. D. Gilroy

We love this place. That said this year we arrived during a power outage and had been placed in a pet friendly room (we did not have pets with us). I said it would be okay as they couldn't move us due to power outage. The room was not up to par as it has lots of hair (pet and human?) all over one of the beds. Our porch was also missing both chairs. That said we love the property. Dinner at the lodge was amazing. As this was our 5th year, we will be back next year and hope this year was just a fluke with the room.
