Nail trimmings found on one of the beds, middle bedroom smelled like urine, fridge and freezer were not working upon arrival (was fixed the following day), downstairs toilet was not functioning properly, and was ghosted by host mid stay. Parking was also an issue due to significant road construction but that was not the host’s fault. Beach was close and within walking distance but will not be staying there again.

The staff in the restaurants were extremely awesome and I love them. They were great. Our room smelled so bad of some kind of disinfectant that we could hardly stay in there. I ask for a different room couldn’t get one so we sprayed essential oils and tried to mask the odor and then when I told them about it. They proceeded to go and spray more of the toxic deodorizing spray in our room made it 10 times worse. Everyone else on the property was kind and awesome. Can’t complain about that at all. I’ve never written a negative review before, but I cannot get over the smell in the room the water on the floors of course that probably comes with the humidity. I asked to upgrade to a better room maybe one that didn’t smell so bad and I was informed there were no the rooms and if I had wanted to upgrade two days later, it would’ve cost me $2000 more no thank you

I don't know if they have a cleaning room service or if i have to ask for a room cleaning service

The room was clean and comfortable . The only thing was that there were no wash towels.

I loved everything about my stay the couple things it needed was front desk service 24/7 since it was my first time staying i I didn't know that the ppl from the bar are the ones who help you all day front desk only works a couple of hours so they were actually aka bartender/front desk also please get coffee or next time am just taking my coffee pot with my pods...
