The manager here was so amazing and welcoming to us. He made sure our stay here was amazing from start to finish. We had to go to the airport early in the morning and was going to miss breakfast however he made us a breakfast box so that we weren’t starving in the morning when we went to the airport in addition to the great service at this resort, it was so beautiful staying here and I wish we got to stay longer.

"Great Value, But Noisy City Rooms"

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the great price and excellent facilities. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the room I stayed in faced the city, and the noise from traffic made it hard to sleep. The hotel could benefit from better soundproofing for rooms facing busy streets. Overall, it's a great value with excellent service, but light sleepers may want to request a quieter room. I'd return if the noise issue is addressed.

Incredible value for your money to stay in the heart of Luxor with a beautiful hotel grounds and pool for relaxing and enjoying views of the Nile. We were also really grateful for the help of the staff - Mahmoud working at the front desk helped us with an error id made in our booking with ease. 10/10 would stay again!

Staff and security were very welcoming.Check in was quick and very informative about activities and all the amenities they offer.Room was very comfortable with a mini fridge which allowed us to stay in and eat in after being outside in the Luxor heat.Swimming pool was so relaxing with nice view of Nile river and mountains in distance.Continental breakfast with fresh pastries,omelettes,and fruit was the perfect start to the day.Would definitely recommend and would stay again.Also very close to everything and great central point for all activities

We enjoyed the property but was very upset with the car service. Was told thwy woukd take us to the airport via limo and then they were 10 min laye and found ou they called a local cab whicich should have been $2 usd but had to oay what the car service woukd have been at 25 usd!!!!

In general the iberotel is good. The location is perfect for exploring Luxor, the staff were very professional and helpful, Great pool area and excellent breakfast. However the rooms are slightly dated and in need of modernising and improving. Plus if you're on the road side it can be quite noisy with lots of traffic noise.
