From booking and airport shuttle arrangement to the actual stay with the most amazing view in all of Pokhara we highly recommended this hotel. Soneeka was extremely helpful in booking our trips and details, and Durga is very attentive to his guests. The included breakfast is more than enough to keep you going the entire day. We'll be back!

VERY HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE STAFF: rooms 512 and 514 below pool were noisy during day. dust mites or other insect caused bites so moved to 4th floor room and no further problems. management assured me old room would be thoroghly cleaned. very nice breakfast included. menu reasonably priced. staff friendly and helpful. travel package servuces reasonably priced and very helpful. cleaning crew abundant and helpful.

I have been to Nepal 12 times and these were some of the nicest staff I have ever run into. The place is great and pool was wonderfully relaxing. The restaurant was excellent. No downside and I will definitely stay again.
