Ludlow Vacation Packages

Our host was friendly and the room was clean. Our main complaint was that the AC stopped working and the room was very hot. We didn't want to disturb anyone during the late hours, but we did tell our host in the morning when we checked out so they could get it repaired.

Room wasn’t clean enough, blow dryer didn’t work and I’ve never stayed anywhere that told us we couldn’t check in until 3:00. I know that is a fact but usually hotels let us check in when we arrive in town a few hours earlier if they can and try to be quite accommodating.

Good location. Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff was friendly. Our room was visibly dirty upon arrival, especially the floors. Our TV didn't work. There was a hole punched in the bathroom door, the shower curtain was filthy, and the bathroom flooring didn't reach the bathtub. Front desk barely spoke to us as we checked in and there was no housekeeping over our multi day stay.

Clean room good breakfast

For an inexpensive room, I was pleasantly surprised by the near perfect maintenance and cleanliness.
