My husband and I stayed here while traveling to Lucerne for our honeymoon. It is in a great location! Close to downtown Lucerne, Chapel Bridge, restaurants, bars and the train station. If you plan to rent a car like we did, their parking lot is fairly small and an extra cost. The staff was very friendly and nice. The basic room we stayed in was small and did not include a fridge, but very clean.

The room was clean and comfortable but very small. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and good, but expensive. But it seemed like everything in Lucerne was expensive. Great access to the bus and train station. Overall, a good place to stay if you are sticking to a budget.
