The gentleman who checked us in on Sunday evening was very helpful and showed us where the bus stop was to the train station and gave us the free transport tickets.

lovely little hotel in Lucerne

nice hotel in Lucerne, helpful staff and right near the lake had a little issue with plumbing in my room but the night manager and maintenance man were very helpful breakfast was great, with good coffee i would stay again

We were on the quietest 6th floor room ever! Matt at the front desk was a saint answering our numerous questions, giving us directions and reassurance on issues. He smiled ALL THE TIME! The room was clean and hot shower lovely! The breakfast spread was amazing!

Very quaint and efficient. Walking distance to most major sites in Lucerne. We walked to the ALDIs market to purchase food for our day trips on the train. Staff was wonderful

Great location

Great location to see most everything in Lucerne. Train station is close enough for us to carry our luggage to. The breakfast is fabulous and well staffed to ensure all entrees are stocked. Also very quiet, never heard anything for the 2 nights we stayed. Highly recommend!!!!

We got upgraded, nice and free breakfast, 15minutes walk from train station or buses except 5 at the left turn from hotel just 5minutes. 7 minutes walk to bridges, room is clean, service is great, staff are so nice, felt welcome.

Liked hotel, but A/C is weak!

This hotel was clean and nice. It offers A/C but the A/C was very weak and our room was very warm. We did like the location because it was a nice and easy walk to old town. The receptionist was very polite and had to come make our third bed because housekeeping forgot to. She offered us a free drink for the inconvenience which was very nice.

The women who worked at reception were unusually considerate and helpful, which got us off to a good start. The room was excellent; the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was also excellent; more like a 4-star than a 3-star hotel, which pleased this foodie. We also enjoyed the location -- quiet, but less than 20 minutes' walk from the train station.

Propery has AC, which was great!! Location and staff were excellent. Breakfast was decent. Room was top floor so we had roof rafters which made you have to duck not to hit your head. Didnt like that too much. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.
