Room was dirty, tv remote didn’t work. Had to get more towels. Vendin machines on bottom floor, no ice machine, pool out of service, floor lamp inoperable, and hair dryer burned up. Other than that and ripped up comforter on the bed, it was tolerable.

Room was very dingy. The ceilings were damaged from water leaks on the 4th floor. Carpets and couch were very dirty and stained. Bathroom was dirty. The walls were dirty. The curtains and windows were full of dust

The room was not clean. I found hairs in my sheets, food and makeup stains/smudges on blankets. There was a dead bug in the floor and something biting my son. The pool was out of service and the internet was terrible. I needed the internet to do work and wasn’t able to do anything. People were smoking weed, we could smell it through the walls. Then people were slamming doors and running up and down the hall late at night. Very disappointed and would not recommend. The front desk girl was really nice. That was the only plus, overall a bad experience.

Parking wasn't a problem. There was plenty. The room was clean. We had a problem with the remote for the tv. They tried several remotes and rebooting the box but nothing worked. They offered to change our room, but we were able to change channels directly on the box so it wasn't a big deal. The toilet continually ran which wasn't a problem per se. The room was comfortable and they did housekeeping daily. Breakfast was good, nothing to write home about but not many hotels provide a buffet style breakfast anymore. It was basics (scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, coffee and juice) but filled the belly. You can't beat it for being included with your room. The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't get a chance to use the pool and spa but they were available. We would stay there again.
