Everything was fine as usual. We usually stay here on our way to New Mexico. Quiet, Very clean. I would like to see if they can have breakfast till 10am please. Lunch usually does not start till 11am so please have it till 10am not 9am to give us more time to sleep. Also I miss the fruit water they use to have out for guest near the elevator.

Shower leaks and room cleaning issues.

The bathroom shower had little space for soap and shampoo. The water leaked out of the shower onto the floor. When using floor towel to clean it up it was black. It appears the floor was painted to some degree to address prior leak issues. The panel above the bed had hand prints on it. It was clear it had not been cleaned for sometime. The icebox was not working at all until my husband played with the switch for awhile to get it working. The breakfast was good and area was clean. The entrance and halls appeared to be clean. The AC worked well.

Welcome sight

After a day of driving, the hotel was a welcome sight. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. It looked like this hotel was fairly new. Got a good night's rest. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lubbock.
