Jackie was amazing. She was very informative and helpful. Great communication. The room was really comfortable. And breakfast was great.

Nice place to stay

When we arrived at our room, the floor felt sticky. My wife used a washcloth to go over the floor, it was black. She took a picture and showed the manager downstairs. He apologized and seemed to take a note of it, but when we returned to the room later, the same washcloth was still on the floor. We won't be back to this property.

Rooms were very clean. Staff was excellent and informative. Parking by side entrance was excellent.

There were roaches crawling on the counter in the breakfast area. The beds are hard as bricks, and I booked a king size bed and was given a room with two queen beds and told my room was not available anymore. I honestly think they are charging for a queen bed but the beds are full size beds. Not queen. I will not be back.
