This place is just creepy and inefficient, which is ironic because they think they are being “creative and forward thinking”. In short, this is what a hotel would be if AI created it with out any human influence. First of all there is not a living soul working at the place. No front desk, no people at all. They indicate they will send you a “door code” thirty minutes prior to your check in time and a front door code as well. However, I never received it, and had to call after hours to get it and of course only AI answered, and was zero help. A guy (45 minutes later) apparently was alerted and I was finally sent my room code. Apparently (according to my Uber driver) the building was a church that someone purchased in order to to make it into a chic place to stay. Like most of these ventures the rooms are forced and have no natural light flow or lighting other than lamps. The decor throughout the building is ok at first glance, (many books and board games and hanging chairs etc) but it became very obvious that despite the attempt To arm warm, homey and inviting, it’s in fact a sterlile waste land of modernity. Again, it was if AI created this entire place and is now wondering “why don’t people love me?” It’s because it’s all fake and lacks soul. Oh and the WiFi didn’t work and the restaurant that was suppose to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner was never inhabited by a single person. In fact, I never saw a person on the property at all but me. They don’t have a pool

The hotel has its own beach access. Thr rooms were clean and thr staff was very friendly and helpful

Relaxing stay. Good amenities. Breakfast hours could start later as vacationers with kids are usually not up at 6:30 am. By 9:00 am, breakfast items were mostly all out.

El primer día las sábanas estaban manchadas el segundo día el la cafetera nos brindó un cafe desagradable y para colmo me hicieron un recargo porque segun ellos se fumó en la habitación mi hija tiene asma por eso agarré un cuarto que no oliera a cigarro se me hizo un robo del hotel yo no lo recomiendo hay hoteles mejores y con mejor calidad y tal vez con mejor precio, pague mucho para un mal servicio jamás regresaría ahí

The check-in process and automatic locks at the property were very confusing. I could not get through to an actual person. Also, the access to the beach is not nearly as close as it looks on a map. Other than that, it’s a beautiful property, with nice accommodations.

Was wonderful. Very clean! Everything made us happy!

The rooms were pretty clean, but the entrance/hallway had a distinct odor. We forgot some beach towels in closet and the manager called to let us know. On our way back we said we could stop by for them. I called before heading that way and was told they should have the towels. This was not the case they tried to give us a different bag with someone else's things and at the end they didn't even have my towels.
