I have been asking n asking the Recptionist to give me a note saying when and at what time she received our lost luggage, no one is giving me. I need it to show my Travel Insurance company. Written 3 emails and asked personally 10 times.They just ignore you.Airport lost our luggage. We had to go to Lourdes the next day ie the 26th: of August. Asked the Desk girl to receive our case, which she did. When we returned on the 31st: of Aug:2016. she gave us our luggage. Then we kept on n on asking her to write the date n time when she got it she just won't do it. Now written 3 emails. No response. Very very poor service. I am dissatisfied.

Under whelming

Receptionist was pleasant & friendly. Room was small, dark & soul less. Pillows were too plump to use. En-suite was a small plastic pod with tiny shower cubicle & clingy curtain. WiFi signal was good.

Good Location.

This Premiere Classe Hotel needs some refurbishment. The window & shutter were in operabe. Location is god for the valuing up through France from Spain.

The hotel is close to a bus stop, but not to the center of town. The room is very basic, very small and not attractive.

Hôtel vieux,en attente de rénovation. Pas de support pour les pommeaux de douche (cassé dans plusieurs chambres). Sommier de lit cassé,on nous a donc changé de chambre. Propreté pas terribles draps tachés,des cheveux et des poils entre les alaises et les draps. Petit déjeuner médiocre. La dame de l'accueil très gentille mais attends avec impatience la rénovation Déconseille fortement

Salle de bain manque hygiène cuve toilette horrible, lit poil trouvé sur la couverture toile araignée partout , dans l'ensemble le prix est pas cher mais franchement vaut mieux rajouter 20 30 € et être un peu plus confortable je ne renouvellerai pas l'expérience

Retour dans le passé...

On a l'oppression des bloquer dans un univers parallèle en arrivant dans cet hotel, il a garder le meme aspect intérieure/exterieur qu'il y a 3t ans.. Tout est moche dt abîmer. A ce prix la autan vraiment allez chez la concurrence pour 15€ de plus. On peut cependant saluer la propreté et la sympathie du personnel.
